I normally have my son repair my computer, but he's gone off to college. Unfortunately, I downloaded some antivirus software that itself was the virus. My scanner could not repair it so I didn't know what to do. I took my computer to their repair shop. Staff was very friendly and checked my computer in on one of their computers in the front. Two days passed and they called to let me know it was ready. Have been using for a few days and no sign of the virus. I appreciate the service and I know where to go to if this happens again. Hopefully not though.
