I took my 01 f-350 to the dealer for a check engine light on and a misfire. They said I needed 8 injectors to start but would probably need more work. The truck only has 103000 miles on it, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I took the truck to J&S Diesel and talked to James. He was very informative and very willing to explain in detail how my truck worked and some of the possible problems I could have. They called me the next day and said I had a bad valve cover gasket causing my misfire and check engine light. Needless to say I was surprised to here that was all I needed. I asked James to change my oil and fuel filter and give the truck a once over. When I got my truck back it ran like it always did and didn't break my wallet. I will always take my truck back to J&S Diesel Service and highly recomend them.
Pros: honesty, I know more about my truck now after talking to James.
Cons: can't come up with one right now.
