I try to support the local businesses as much as I can. But with this guy, the ""GURU"" of computers, the almighty IT guy. Don't even bother trying to talk to this guy, He makes it seem that you are bugging him and that he is soooo busy! His prices are outrageous. But for some reason I keep calling him about every 6-8 months, thinking maybe this might be a better time and maybe he wont be so rude. BUT It never fails. I called him today and he said that he was too busy and if I wanted this particular cable I would have to come dig it out of a box. (Customer Service) THIS ""Guru"" IS NOT FOR YOU! I think it is amazing that he has such a prime location for a business, seems as how everyone I talk to says something negative about his guy. Local or Not, you would be better off being stuck trying to explain something with some IT guy from ten-buck-tu for about 3 hours. He should not even call himself a Guru, because he defies the definition: A guru (Sanskrit: गुरु, Bengali: গুরু) is a person who is regarded as having great knowledge, wisdom and authority in a certain area, and uses it to guide others. Bottom Line, I would not recommend ANYONE to even think about trying to give this ""guru"" any business. I have certainly written this guy off, and I will promise to do him a favor and never call him again. Support Local Businesses, but with this one, he's too busy to talk or help you anyways. Just skip, you will be better off! I Promise.
