I made an account here just to help others avoid coming here. This is the worst business I have ever encountered. He originally told me my motorcycle insurance would be 300 dollars a year, and I have to pay $100 dollars as a down payment. Then I start getting bills of 32 dollars a month, which confuses me because that is far more than $300 for a year. So I go in to talk to him and he tells me some BS about how people don't ride in the winter, so they wont charge me for the winter if I bring in my plate, which I do. Then today I go in to try to get my plate back, and he tells me that I have to start a new policy and I need to give him another $150 to start a new policy because I canceled my other one when I brought the plate in. This quickly got me upset so I ask him to explain everything to me line by line. The only words that are coming out of his mouth are ""normal"" and ""proper procedure"" without any real explanation. DO NOT GO HERE. I should have known better when the place was completely filled with fake plants.
