I started going to Petrone's last summer. The pizza was so good! I kept ordering from them. In late September I had surgery on my leg and was unable to leave my basement apartment to get to the door to get my delivery. The delivery drivers were so sweet and understanding. They would bring my food right into my apartment for me. The owner is always so kind on the phone and take time to ask me how I am doing. He knows that I like extra cheese on my combo dinner so I don't even have to ask for it anymore.
They are a shining example of exactly what a pizza place should be and exactly what customer service should be. I really can not say enough about how good the food and the service are.
