I needed a service check up on my system and called this company out of the yellow pages. The fellow that came out was very nice and did a great job. While he was going thru the unit I was right over his shoulder the whole time and it didn't bother him a bit, he told me that the only reason it should bother someone is if they had something to hide. I thought that was a great attitude. I fully expected whoever came out to try and up sale me on something but, he checked it out and told me some things I might expect to see in the future and then gave me the option of fixing them know or waiting, I didn't get the hard sale so to speak and I liked that also. If you need A/C work done I would definitely call these guys and tell them to send Jeff. Thanks
