I was introduced to Easy Fitness 10 months ago by a friend. Since then, I have attended small group training and have never felt or looked better. Working out 3X a week and changing my eating habits has transformed my life. Not only am I more energized and healthy, but I feel confident and satisfied with my appearance. The Easy Fitness staff always motivates me to challenge myself; Shari, Kevin, and David are wonderful role-models, positive, and extremely supportive. The people I work out with are also part of my support system; we encourage each other and all of our results have been phenomenal. I have never lost weight in a healthy way before; following the Easy Fitness program, I have gone from a size 14/16 to size 2/4. I can honestly say that I am more fit now than I ever was in my 20?s. I highly recommend Easy Fitness for everyone ? you will never feel better.
