We had looked into Kramers Custom Kitchens doing our cabinets and was so turned off by Andy. KJP216's review describes exactly what Kramer lacks and at the same time exactly what Hamlin's strengths are. Phone calls not returned, no attention, no organization, absolutely zero flexibility, ignoring details, making changes on his own, and no EMAIL this day in age????? I am so grateful we went with the Hamlins! Their family business was amazing from start to finish, we dealt directly with the owner Brian Hamlin who guided us through every detail. Their designs were great, Brian took the time to go through everything with us and when we changed a few things on our plans and Brian was able to email us the updated plans so we could approve them from home. Every phone call was returned promptly from Brian himself. He even made time to meet with us once at 7:30 pm on a tuesday night and another time on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm. I can't put into words the service the Hamlins provided us with, not to mention the kitchen cabinets are a work of art!!!! I would strongly suggest anyone who is remodeling to use Hamlin Cabinets!!! I sure am glad we did!!!!
