Ive sent in a laptop and they say there going to update me, so i leave it there for 3 days I had to call THEM to find out if the computer is getting repaired it took me 10 min on the phone to get a response from someone, after and then they tell me that i have to give them the reboot disk. Of course, and i tell them when is it going to be done, they cant even estimate the time for me, Note all there going to do is replace the ram and reboot it. which is something simple, now being the 5th day there they still haven't even installed the new RAM, and the idiot i was talking to say is going to be done by mid day so i said by 12:00 and he told me No? they don't even know how to talk plus who the hell uses mid-day.. well anyways im telling anybody thats reading this, this geek squad sucks
Pros: They get the job done some day
Cons: To get a hold of them takes forever, and other problems
