Worst place to go for check up and anything else. Asians or non-Asians, I recommend you see another doctor. Every time, I had an appointment, I waited 1-2hours for them to see me. Happens to all my family members and relatives. They use their time to gossip and chat while they are in business hours. One time, I was sitting and waiting, I hear some nurses and receptionists talk about what to eat for lunch and tell them to get some chinese buns for them. There was a line for the receptionists, she just ignored them. Then the patient just left because he waited for 15mins to make an appointment at front desk. The receptionists just talked more about food. Workers here do not pay any attention to their patients, they are not help whatsoever. One time I received a phone call from them and I said 'hello' 3 times for the first two phone call and i just hear chatting in the background. no one talked to me. the third they called, they yelled at me saying chinese swear words about me hanging up on them. which is not true they never answered to my hellos. Go some place else instead. I do not recommend the South Cove at 885 Washington St, Boston, MA 02111. You can try other South Coves but this one is the worst.
