Soon after buying our new home we discovered that we would need to invest in a water softener. My husband and I knew nothing about water treatment companies and decided to call around and have multiple estimates.
Martin Water Conditioning was by far the most detailed and professional company to come to our home. We were lucky enough to have the owners son come out and do the estimate. He thoroughly tested our water and explained the results. The gentleman was at our home for about 2 hours giving us very detailed information about their products, guarantee, and installation process. We signed a contract with them that night (before we even received our other estimates in the mail). They were back out at our home within a few days and had an installer here for almost the entire day custom fitting pipes and making sure everything was done to perfection.
We almost instantly noticed a difference in our water. Their products work as well as they claim. Our original saleman drove back out about a week after having our softener installed and repeated the original tests to make sure our water was the absolute best that it could be.
We have a wonderful warranty and were left with extra filters and salt.
I would reccomend this company to anyone and everyone. When it comes to something so important in a home it pays to spend a little more money to get the great service and products.
