I have shipped cars with carex for the last 3 years we have our ups and downs late booking not answering calls changing staff at carex all the time bad mood from mike and nasty behavior . until last January 2012 I have asked mike to ship a car from Gary NC throw Baltimore to Jeddah that was in late dec 2011 I was told and given price that the car is leaving Baltimore on 01/11/2012 and it will arrive 02/3/2012, on 01/30/2012 I called mike asked him for the invoice and if he have mailed the paper work and I told him the ship will be in the port soon he told me let me find out and I call you back he never call and I got an e mail from him saying the shipping co Hoegh Autoliners aver booked and they left my car and it will be shipped from south Carolina on 02/07/2012 and arrive on /02/27/2012 note we agreed to ship it from Baltimore he never told me that he is shipping the car from South Carolina. At that time he was shipping 2 other cars for me one from Pa and one from Fl . after that I called Hoegh Autoliners to find out if they left my car behind I was told by them their was no booking for the vin and the booking was made by mike on 01/29/2012 so he was laying to me all that time .
I called him back and asked him why it was not shipped from Baltimore as we agreed he got nasty and mad and told me that he is not shipping cars any more for my and go pick your car from South Carolina and he is canceling the booking, also I find out he is over charging me $300. In every car more than any shipping co . I did call some els and have him ship the cars to me .
