The services received well surpassed our expectations. The plumber was very professional & courteous. In addition, the office was able to schedule the appointment for the same day. He thoroughly explained the problem, repaired the leak and even installed a faucet we purchased at no additional cost. A week after my service, the office called for a folIow-up to make sure everything was fine and made sure we were satisfied. He even gave a 10% discount for using their services.
