I wasn't sure whether I really needed hearing aids or not but at my wife's urging I decided to visit Cook Hearing to be tested. Lori Cook determined that my hearing loss was not profound but that I might benefit from a hearing aid in my right ear. She told me that I could try one for a month at no cost so that I could decide for myself whether I could see any benefit from it. During this trial period I could see a significant improvement in my ability to hear more clearly in a restaurant setting. However, what I most appreciate is that I can more easily understand what my grandchildren are saying to me without having them constantly repeat what they are saying. It is much less frustrating for all of us. I highly recommend Lori Cook and her staff. They are straightforward, caring and will bend over backwards to help meet your needs.
