I'm waiting on a custom order and the Bookcase Factory Outlet is weeks and weeks late on the orignal deadline. I can't get anyone to return a call on my outstanding order. I'm upset that they asked for (and I gave them) 1/2 of the money upfront. I feel I have little recourse and I am wishing I had bought elsewhere. The stress and aggrevation of feeling like I'm being taking advantage of is not worth the slightly better price I received from this company. So despite their sales/promotional efforts about ""Dad"" runnning the business for decades it seems the kids are now at the helm...heard that one before?
Pros: Looked like a good product / good prices
Cons: Wondering if company is a Fraud?
