HIGHLY disappointed with the customer service and the quality of this salon. At first when you enter, everyone is SO sweet to you! But, lets say if you're not happy with your cut, or your not satisfied, the tone and attitude completely changes. This is especially true of Assaf, the owner, and his sister Tami.
No one really listens to how you want your hair styled. I went in for a Brazilian blowout and after showering the next day, my hair was back to curly! Called the salon and explained the situation to them and was informed that its normal for curly hair and that usually a second blowout will make it straight... I was never told this the first time around! So in order for my hair to look like I was told they would, I would need to pay another $200 for the second blowout! Ridiculous!
I'm so upset spending so much money for my hair to look exactly as it did when I entered the place. Please save your time and money and go somewhere you'll be satisfied!!!
