Review content:
We went to Cafe Blue tonight expecting a nice, casual dinner. Upon arriving, we couldn't figure out where the restaurant actually was, due to poor signage. After calling the cafe and receiving some unhelpful directions, we managed to find the pathway to get to there. We were surprised to see that every table was in the sunlight. We asked to move to a more shaded area (as soon as one became available), and the waitress told us that all the tables had sun but that the sun would go down in 20 minutes. This was almost 2 hours before sunset. Make sure you wear sunscreen and have sunglasses if you do go. I do have to say that the food was delicious, albeit way over priced (a small piece of French bread was $4!). However, it took well over an hour to receive it. In the meantime, we were completely ignored and had to track down a waiter to refill our water. This after having to beg for our menus and silverware from the server. All around, I would never go back to this place, even though I loved the food. The service was just too bad. Also, people with motion sickness should be aware the the only road to the restaurant is a long and winding one. Pros: Great Food Cons: Horrible service, no shaded tables
