Review content:
I love going to the Thomas West salon to get my hair done, but I decided to try the groupon and get a discount. First problem is I was notified when I sat down in the chair, that I would need to pay $100 extra if I wanted the full strength treatment. She said the discounted version would only last 3-4 weeks vs. 4-6 months. So I said fine whatever. I noticed that her tools were not clean and she scraped off tones of gunk in front of me and they still looked really gross. I still said fine whatever. But what I'm more ticked about than anything is that it's the second day and my hair is already getting curly. I know the process...no water or working out, no hair clips (I've been doing this process for 5 years). Go to a good salon rather than save a few bucks, which I'm not even sure I really saved with the add on.
