I used RoadRunner because my real estate broker recommended them and I am glad he did. The people I dealt with on the phone were always helpful. The crew arrived on time both for pickup and delivery. I found both crews to be friendly and professional. The delivery crew was particularly impressive. They were very careful and did not make me nervous that my new home or my things would be damaged. They specifically asked me where each item should be placed and were very patient with me when I changed my mind or had to think about it for a minute. I also had several items of furniture and about 27 boxes were stored at the RoadRunner facility for several months, and it appears to have been well taken care of.
