I just used Roadrunner for my 2nd move, and I was as pleased as I was with the first. Both times, they were the first firm to return my initial call, and at that, they were very professional on the phone. In my research, some movers made it seem like I was inconviencing them by asking them to move me!! Seriously, they weren't very helpful or accomodating - but Roadrunner's phone staff seem to appreciate the pain of moving! Both times the quotes were accurate, and the movers themselves worked their butts off, running up and down stairs and doing their utmost to keep the job going at a fast pace. All of the guys assigned to our job were also very polite and professional - which wasn't the case for me with other moving companies I'd used previously. We'll definitely plan to use Roadrunner again!
Pros: reasonable rates, professional staff
Cons: can't think of any, other than moving is expensive and a pain! not a moving company's fault!
