I moved every couple of years in my youth, but never where the responsibility was fully on me. The move that took place last weekend, 12/6-12/7. To start, Dave at Roadrunner responded to everyone of my questions and emails immediately, even over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Each time I spoke with an employee of Roadrunner, they were polite, courteous and professional, they also made we feel very much at ease. Our move was a last minute decision as we were moving into my father-in-laws house to assist in his care. My husband was not really available to assist me and that left me to handle it on my own. Roadrunner arrived on Thursday to pack up the house. They were on time, each one of them shaking my hand and introducing themselves to me as they came into the house. This small gesture, was very important to me and put me right at ease. We did a quick walk through the house and I was very embarrased when we went into the basement, that I was still organizing my storage rooms. They told me not to worry and we would work on it together. I caught my self watching them work many times, trying not to hover, but more watching in awe as they meticulously packed my china and crystal. They were so detailed in wrapping and placing them in the boxes. They finished up the day and I was so amazed at what was accomplished. My entire house was packed up, what I felt would take me forever to do, they had done in 6 hours. Friday would be a different, today they had to deal with my father-in-law hovering over them. Roadrunner handled it amazingly, introducing themsevles to him and working effectively and efficiently. I am an account manager, and my job deals with client service, and making sure the customer is always happy. In turn, I expect the service I receive to be at the highest level. Roadrunner, not only met my high expectations, they exceeded them and I would recommend them to anyone who asked and tell them don't waste your time on anyone else, call Roadrunner.
