Review content:
In December our condo in Cambridge was severely damaged due to a fire. We needed to find temporary housing while the condo is being rebuilt. Roadrunner was one good thing in a string of not so good things happening in our lives. Dave was pleasant and friendly and provided a sense of calm in the midst of chaos. The company kept in good touch, provided guidance on how to secure parking permits in the towns we were moving from and to, and worked around some scheduling glitches. They came to our condo with no heat and no water to pack up our belongings, and then returned in a couple weeks once we had secured a new place to live. The guys we worked with were efficient, professional, and prompt. In the move, we had one glass break which they offered to replace with a gift certificate to a local store, which was a perfect solution for me since it was the store where we had purchased our glassware. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They were truly a pleasure to work with!
