Roadrunner are absolutely brilliant - their attention to detail, their care and concern were incredible. They were quick, but careful and not only were all the packers and removalists efficient, knowledgeable and nice but the ffice staff and owner were continually in touch with us during the process. We have used Roadrunner three times - for two internal moves in MA and then moving us internationally and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They understood the complexities of a move to Australia, they knew the items that might cause customs a problem ( ie certain types of wood) and they advised us and packed the items accordingly. they built special crates for some items and they stored our cartons and furniture as a convenience to us to allow us to move items out in stages. there is now way to descrobe Roadrunner, their management and employees in any other way than brilliant from start to finish. Also price wise they are very reasonable and much less expensive than another big company in MA. Everyone we know that has used them feels the same about them - thanks guys - simply wonderful!
