I used RoadRunner to move from Boston to upstate New York. The people in this company, from owner to employees, are completely professionals, but are also very friendly and caring that they do everything they can to ease the stress you have for moving. They give great advice, show great flexibility in terms of scheduling and meeting your special requests, and keep to their commitment (both time and money-wise). They quoted me the lowest price among the 3 companies that I inquired, and stuck to their estimate completely.
Pros: They did everything right
Cons: I wish I can pay them more for their hardwork
