Duncan plumbing, Eric, showed up on the weekend when I discovered that the water heater had flooded in the garage. He determined that the old one could not be saved. He gave me a time and day that he could come back with a water heater and showed up on that date and time with the water heater, and with Lars to help, and installed it, for the quoted price, (no surprises), and took the old heater to be disposed of properly, and cleaned up before leaving, and it has been working fine. Monday was supposed to be his day off but someone did not come in to work and he covered for the work that had been promised.
