Review content:
I have dealt with Vulcan for 8 years now trying to keep my basement dry. My basement has flooded atleast 3-5 times each year due to the crocks and cement being installed incorrectly. They installed my first crock incorrectly, and 3"" inches above ground level, and instead of fixing it they put another crock in IN FRONT OF MY BASEMENT STEPS without asking me first and is hazadorous for when people go up and down the stairs. The water splashes up my walls due to them using old driveway stone in the system and clogging the system. They've been out numerous occassions, canceling last minute on many more occassions, and recently they finally LOWERED the first crock to the correct height, redid the rock/cement BUT while moving the crock their men accidently broke the junction going outside, and neevr checked it sayting the job was done. All the water leaked right outside my basement window, and started flooding the block, and my floor with wet cement, rock, and dirt. I called them sat night, a few hours after they left tehy said they would call me on sun..NO CALL...surprise.. I had to get someone to repair the joint, the work they did was ruined, and they tried telling me it was impossible for me to take out 4-5 gallon buckets out of debri from my crock, and the cement will dry even after being immersed in water for over 24 hours? And tried saying since I had the pipe fixed they didnt need to come out? What about the rock, mud, cement all over my basement? Ruining my stuff? And the work they did being ruined? They said on Monday someone would call me, its now Thursday and I had to call them again and again someone will call me...a nightmare I am still living, they will not refund my $4,500 for the job, and their making my basement worse then it has ever been. I am only writing this in hopes just MAYBE they may come out, fix my basement, clean it, and maybe take responsibility for my damage stuff in my basement.
Cons: Cancel appointments, poor workmanship, still have water
