I do not recommend this dealer for Service. I was new in town, and brought my car in to be checked out after hitting a speed bump. When they left a message for me to call them back to hear the diagnosis, I was transferred 6 times and all 6 times was either disconnected or sent to voice mail. When I told the operator (who should have taken initiative to help me when I kept calling back) that I wanted to hold until she could warm transfer me, I was finally put through only to hear that I had had Tie Rods that needed replacing to the tune of $400. Apparently since I'm a woman, they thought I wouldn't know that you'd have a lot of play if that was the case, so I had refused the repair, and they had charged me $60 for their time (and I wasn't told there was a flat fee either). A quality person from the dealership called me asking how my experience was, and when I told her she acted as if there would be action taken, but that was over a month ago and I haven't heard from them.
