Review content:
On Tuesdays, Mutt's Liquors offers 20% discount on wines. I ordered 2 - 4 pks of Sutter Home Merlot @ $5.79 each. They charged me $11.91. I asked about the 20% discount and they said that the $11.91 included a 20% discount. I told them that it did not, that that was the regular price. I supported that statement by pointing out the sticker price of $5.79 clearly marked on each 4 pk. They said that the sticker price was wrong. I continued to state that the correct priced would be $9.82 (which is the price I paid on several other occassions at that same store). They refused to wait on me. They refused to sell the product to me at all. They said the regular price totaled over $14.00 and some change. They were very rude; while I was just making a point about the sticker price of the liquor. Since they would not sell me anything, I left. But before I got out of the driveway, I needed contact information since I decided that I would file a complaint. I went back to get their business card and they said that had changed the price of the product - they upped the price.
