Javier Lopez doing business as Chente Construction, grossly overstated his skills level. Apparently he is good at dry wall, painting, concrete but is horrible at organization and preparation to do jobs outside of the above skills. Not a planner or didn't show good leadership ability on the work site. Do not hire Chente Construction to land scape, or any task outside of his skills level. Be very careful engaging Javier Lopez. He was ill equipped and ill prepared most days. He will try hard to convince you he is capable of completing the job. Giving him the whole package is a chance - You will regret the decision. He shows no ability to map a action plan.
