I am rating Rialto based on one entree, the Long Island Duck. This is the best duck I have ever had anywhere ..in any French restaurant...this is a superior duckie quack quack...the meat is so tender it is like butter and it is perfectly blackened a little on the skin...so crisp. It is not served rare which is good becuase Duck Suck when served that way or at least I do not prefer it served that way. Just order Duck becuase I have heard other people say the other ones are good but not as yumbie as the duck is..it's killer every time.
