My 2008 Pontiac G6 was making a knocking noise when I turned the wheel at slow speeds and I brought my car into Columbia Buick Pontiac GMC in Hanover, Ma. I met with Peter Hall one of the service representatives whom was extremely polite and professional. He listened to my concern and took the car into the back for diagnosis. After approx. 30 minutes he knew what the issue was and quoted me a reasonable price. The intermediate steering column shaft needed to be replaced. This was done in 1 hour and I was driving home before I knew it. The driving experience in my Pontiac is now much more enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership, service representative and experience to anyone! I'm sure your experience will be as enjoyable and don't forget to ask for Peter Hall!
