Rude,mean to owners and pets, especially the owner of Melody's ....She keeps so many dogs in cages 3 to 4 hours to torture them later because she has no time to do her work on time. My dog was dropped on Friday at 11:30 am and my husband was asked to pick the dog at 3pm. He was at Melody's at 2:50pm and had been asked to wait because my dog hadn't had hair cut done yet. Eventually , in 10 minutes, my dog received not only the hair cut but also some skin cut ,too. She never told us about it ,and even had been confronted on Monday, she denied ,claimed that it could've happened anywhere. She had showed how truly unprofessional and rude she is. She won't ever see us again, and we would never recommend her to anyone who loves their pets!!!!
