Review content:
I suspect Jo-Anns pays their staff next to nothing. They seem to always be changing. You might hit on a lovely staffer, but they probably won't be there the next time you visit. The person who I presume is the owner is quite rude and has no understanding of customer service. But I sew a lot, and they're practically the only place in town that sells material. I order online whenever I can, and only hit up Jo-Ann Fabric if I have a coupon. Oh, and if you want to use the bathroom you have to tell them it's an emergency. That's the code word to get you the key. The store itself is quite rundown. They apparently recently remodeled it, but I think they just moved stuff around.
