out of all companies i strongly recommend this one... trademark flood restorers were very prompt, they worked hard and fast to get my house back into living condition. They were very cost effective and understanding. most importantly the technicians were uniformed so i was able to rest assure they were who they advertised and not sub-contractors. The dispatcher was able to tell me the estimated time straight up from the beginning and their arrival time was very prompt...no run-arounds or excuses. I must have called about 3 companies and they all seem to have the same answering service. all these other companies promised 30 minutes emergency response and when i spoke to a dispatcher they all said the same thing ""a technician will call you back in a couple minutes"" so now i have to wait till a technician calls back before they send some one, and repeat the whole scenario again. all these other companies use sub contractors so they jack up the price.....
Pros: a trust worthy company, no excuses, very punctual
Cons: no complaints
