but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

Horrendous -- and they're hiding it.
I took my Blackberry back to their store about 12 times - mostly about the voicemail.
The last time they somehow eliminated the notification light. Now I don't know if I got mail or if there's anything in the voice mailbox.
Their name and location does not appear in a Google Search. They, somehow, have gotten out of appearing in their search. A search comes up with a result taking you to CitySearch. Before I could, and before you can, leave any feedback, I had to join citysearch via a cumbersome system.
I've been with AT&T for 15 years. I have to change! Even the manager could not fix the problem. -- W
