I was purchasing a home in Sunnyvale earlier this year. I got into the contract with the loan approval from the bank, WF. The officer in WF even locked the rate for me. I felt so relax and waited for the closing of the deal. 10 days before the close date, the agent in WF called me and said the loan failed for a very arkward reason. My realtor and me panicked like a couple of ants in the firepan. 10 days actually were only 7 days counting the Sat and Sun. Then my realtor called this guy named Joe in APAC. Joe came at that night and started the loan for me right away and amazingly, he got the loan approval for me right there !! He locked a good rate for me the next day and closed my loan right on time on the 7th day. Thanks, man!! You are amazing !!
