I went to Ebie quite awhile ago but I didn't realize there was a place to write reviews. She was the rudest nastiest stylist I have ever come in contact with in my life. I made appointments with 2 of my friends for a cut and blowdry, well Ebie got confused. She thought it was just a style so she started straightening my hair, then I realized what she was doing and told her that I want my hair cut and she got extremely angry and starting cutting my hair WHILE IT WAS DRY! She did the worst job. Then she thinned it to much and I looked bald and the hair cut was absolutely awful. She was angry with me because she didn't know how to read the appointment book correctly that clearly said I was having a CUT and a style! I wrote a letter to the salon because I was so angry and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but that was over a year ago and I have not gotten a response. Clearly Ebie is incompetent and this salon does NOT care about their clients.
Pros: her husband, the owner, was very nice
Cons: Ebie is an incompetent, nasty stylist
