To Mr. Shouter,
I guess they could have lied to you and given you a huge bill. But instead, they charged for the time they spent looking for something wrong. They came back to you with an honest answer. That is not a thief.
All service professionals charge for their time,from my accountant to my doctor, and sometimes I get, ""we don't know what is wrong."" But I still pay my bill and don't SHOUT.
I have been with Bret's for years, find the service to be great. No I don't always like the answers, but I know they are honest answers.
These areas should be for honest, helpful comments, and not result in name calling.
