Review content:
I am the unfortunate owner of a ""Elizabeth Newman Custom Home"". My roof leaks, my windows leak, my doors leak and windows have never shut property (warranty nullified due to poor installation). STAY AWAY, if I would have only done my homework on this poor excuse for a builder. She never returns phone calls and has no employees left from what I understand (all walked out on her). I feel for the poor landscaper and we have a roofer who stopped by our house one day to see if we were home. He told us he and his company are owed for three houses and she had the nerve to offer to pay them 1/3 of the total amount owed (he said not enough to even cover materials). I do not know this industry well but I would think as the word gets out, which it seems it has, she will owe enough people to get a class action law suit, I AM IN! Cons: She paid D magazine to be ""Builder of the Year"" - IT IS AN ADVERTISEMENT, kind of false advertising don't you think?!?
