You are so very on the spot correct!! This builder has taken our life savings and we are left without a home or our money. The bank foreclosed on the home she was building for us and she kept $249,000.00 that we had given to her! It is unsecured debt & judgment would not make her pay us back it is only a judgment! We would love to join a class action against her. We started down that road but when the Dallas Home Builders Assoc. made her a VP, our attorney couldn't take our case any longer due to conflict o finterests.Too expensive and with out our savings we are left with nothing to fight with.She deserves jail time for sure.
