I bought a 4 bedroom, e bath home from ENCH last year. Soon thereafter we learned that the wiring of all the bathroom plugs was on the same fuse and blew whenever two bathrooms were using a hair dryer. ENCH sent out their current electrician who reports the wiring was not adequate for the size of the house. They no longer use the company that wired this home. I was later told that the wiring ""was within code"" and they were not responsible for fixing it even though it is not up to industry standards for the home. Do not buy her homes unless you are able to stand over them at all times to make sure you don't have problems with inadequate construction.
Pros: Nice BBQ, Good wood floors
Cons: Poor service, Poor wiring, Door knbs falling off
