We did not have ENCH build a custom home for us, but we did buy an ENCH model home. I will say this - the service has been personable, professional, and ENCH did a fantastic job building this house. The layout, detail and quality of the home were as good as we have seen anywhere. Yet, what really impressed us was the service we received from the owner, Liz Newman, personally. She treated this resale house as a custom home, and went above and beyond our expectations. Liz took the time to personally meet with us on several occasions - going beyond her obligations and improving the small details such as installing new carpet, painting, cleaning, and landscaping - the house looked and performed like new when we moved in. Well after our purchase of her home, Liz has been available to answer questions and she has also provided us with numerous referrals to vendors and service providers ENCH utilizes, and the after-market services and products they have provided to us, also reflect highly upon ENCH -- all have been very good. Buying from ENCH was a great experience for us. Highly recommended.
