ENCH has exceeded our expectations in building a custom home on time, on budget while delivering a beautiful, high quality home. In addition, working with them has been a pleasure. Every step of the way, they have been professional, courteous, customer-focused, and extremely responsive. We really appreciated their focus on ensuring that the house plans were exactly what we wanted and included every detail upfront, in order to avoid costly changes later. And, when we did make changes after construction began, they proved to be very flexible, accommodating, and fair. We have not faced a problem that did not have a solution. Furthermore, the communication between ENCH and us has been impeccable. We always knew what type of work would be occurring or had occurred at the house. They have listened to our concerns and needs and have followed through on their word. We would recommend ENCH to anyone considering building a new home or remodeling an existing home.
