My family highly recommends Elizabeth Newman Custom Homes. Our experience has been wonderful. The process has been rather delightful considering our last 2 building nightmares. I read the review from the previous employee wrote, and while he wasn't a part of the construction team that built my house, I do know who he is and that he his review is just sour grapes from being terminated. Liz Newman was very generous to us during the process. Allowed us to live in another one of her properties while our house was completed since we sold our house before it was finished. John Jayroe, the construction manager went above and beyond to get our house finished quickly but with quality in mind and with very few items left outstanding as we moved in, which was a first for us in our 3 times home building. Liz Newman was very involved in the process herself. She worked dlilgently to make sure we thought about every item we wanted included up front to make sure we didn't have to come out of pocket for it later. Another thing we never experienced with our previous builders was the honesty and straight forwardness we received from both Liz and John. If they didn't think it would look good they told us, if it wasn't possible they told us and they were realistic with timelines. Wow! What a unique characteristic for a builder! Bravo ENCH team!
