Everytime my phone has an issue, they rush one out to me so Im never without service. Who does that?!?! I asked a Verizon rep, and an AT&T rep at the mall, and they said that they dont deliver, EVER!! I know that customer service departments get a bad rap sometimes, let's face it, it's not an easy job. I have to say that dealing with the people at SDW/ Wireless Works has been one of my best experiences with a cellular company., and Ive tried them all. I can actually talk to the same person about my issues every single time, so I dont feel like just another face in the crowd. I understand that working with a smaller staff can be challenging when they get busy (around billing time), but I'd much rather try my chances then call an 800# and get shuffled around in an endless menu... If you doubt the service level at Wireless Works, try someone else and see how much personal attention that you get...
