Been a customer for several years. Had several bad experiences but went to buy a Droid for my daughter and they didn't want to sell it to me bec they have to buy it and lose money instead of an enV. So it was to be in after 2-3 days and TWO weeks later they haven't called to say anything about not having sent it to her. Oh they said they called my house... that I moved from a year ago and which has a disconnected phonemessage but didn't call any of the 5 cell phones we have with them including mine! The overnight free shipping is pure BS! You PAY! I asked for the owner but only get voice mail and he doesn't call back anyway. Do I regret using these ""It's not really my fault"" clowns? Yes, I do regret it and you should avoid the bunch. There is no advantage what so ever with using them. And Verizon... well they can't help you if you buy from SDWireless because they are a reseller so you are at the mercy of a bunch of local nincompoops.
