I had heard good things about Mama Voula's and was anxious to try it. LA has always fascinated me when it comes to restaurants as the best ones can be so nondescript. You'd never randomly drive by and find it--you'd have to know it was there. The pita is incredible...the yogurt sauce is delectible, and I had what I'd say was the best Gyro I've ever had...all for less than $15!! I'd totally go back.
Pros: Amazing food, very reasonable prices
