My wife and I live in Bend and just had our back yard landscaping project completed by Aspen Landscape, from a big patch of dirt to a beautiful finished product. The project went very smoothly, and the crew that tackled it was very open to feedback and willing to make small changes on the fly, all the while with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Sadly this seens to be more and more of a rare experience in this day and age, and we really found it refreshing.
Pros: Service, quality, bid accuracy
Cons: Project took longer than expected (but this happens, not really a con since bid stayed the same)
