The air conditioner was blocked by a large chair. After moving the chair, the ac was so loud every time it came on it woke us up. This was confirmed by another couple staying there. The thermostat didn't keep the temperature at a steady degree and you tossed and turned because it was either too cold or too warm. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with excruciating pain in my lower back, voiding the previous day's massage. The staff and pamphlets both told us the Tavern was open but it was closed. So was another restaurant they recommended. Instead of going into town which we should not have to do at a resort, we went to the Grille for sandwiches and fries (which were good, but not what you expect to eat at a resort). Pros: Staff at The Grille, Spa staff Cons: room air conditioner, room temperature, food availability
