Review content:
She's 81 years old and wanted an oil change. She had been going there (off and on) for years. Sparks found something wrong with her car and told her it would be 200.00, then contacted her and said total would be 379.00. She paid it, in the process of paying the bill she put her cane on the counter. She was upset but paid and went home. Got home and noticed that she forgot her cane. She called, Sparks had the cane and said that they would set it aside for her to pick up the next day. When she got there Sparks could not find the cane and said ""Sorry"". They got her money and they could care less about the way they treated her. It makes me sad to see that we still have that sort of business out there.
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Service has gone downhill/New ownership?
